Welcome to the first food competition of the season! This will be another opportunity to get more Chenbucks. Since this week is all about Chenbucks and money and stuff, it's great to throw in the element of greed too.
Which brings us to how this competition will work. If the title didn't give it away, there is no teamwork when it comes to greedy bitches. Therefore, you will be competing against everyone that is on your colored team. Here's how it'll work:
You will be competing against members of your own team.
The first round is the qualifier (shown below). The answer will be a number. Only five people will advance per team. The person closest to the actual number will become the team captain. The person furthest away will be placed on slop and eliminated from the competition. If there's a tie, whoever submitted the fastest will advance.
Team captains will start off with 4 Chenbucks. Everyone else will start off with 2 Chenbucks. A houseguest will be selected randomly per team. That person will automatically go into the "Face-Off". They will then pick someone else to go into the face-off against. The face-off will be a question similar to the qualifier question below. The person closest to the actual number will win the face-off, and will take all of their opponent's Chenbucks. After this, another houseguest will be selected randomly (you can be selected twice), and the process repeats once more. Example:
Team Captain: Julie- 4 Chenbucks
Teammate: Brian- 2 Chenbucks
Teammate: Enzo- 2 Chenbucks
Teammate: Jen- 2 Chenbucks
Teammate: James- 2 Chenbucks
Randomizer picks Jen. Jen Challenges Julie. Jen wins. New standings:
Team Captain: Jen- 6 Chenbucks
Teammate: Brian- 2 Chenbucks
Teammate: Enzo- 2 Chenbucks
Teammate: James- 2 Chenbucks
Slop: Julie
Randomizer picks Enzo. Enzo Challenges Brian. Brian wins. Final standings:
Team Captain: Jen- 6 Chenbucks
Teammate: Brian- 4 Chenbucks
Teammate: James- 2 Chenbucks
Slop: Julie and Enzo. Qualifier Question: How many solid-colored blocks are there in this picture? (Make a new thread in your DR for this competition and put your answer there). If there's a tie, the person that submitted the fastest will advance. Tentative Schedule You will have until 9 pm CST to submit your answer to the qualifier question in your DR. Once you submit your answer, your answer is final. You cannot modify or delete your post. If you do, you will be disqualified from this competition and automatically placed on slop. If you fail to submit an answer by 9 pm, you will also be placed on slop.
At 9 pm, I will reveal results, and who the randomizer has selected to go into the face-off. At that point, the houseguest chosen will have one hour to make their selection on who to go against.
At 10 pm, I will post the picture for the face-off contestants, who will then have to submit their answers by midnight.
At midnight, I will post results of the face-off, new standings, and who the randomizer has selected. At that point, the houseguest chosen will have one hour to make their selection on who to go against.
At 1 am, I will post the picture for the face-off contestants, who will then have to submit by 3 am.
Failure to meet any of the deadlines will result in (you gessed it!) automatically being placed on slop.

If someone is challenged and do not meet the deadline, then unfortunately yes. However, I did say the schedule is tentative and I will do my best to work with people if I can. Communication is key, but no guarantees  |
