Final answer! I think there are more letters, but I can't identify them with enough confidence. I am not even 100% sure of some of the letters I did highlight, but I am fairly certain. I feel happy with this answer, but challenges have NOT been a strong point for me, so IDK.

1. Kikazaru room and Iwazaru room switched places.
2. Eviction board description changed from "houseguests" to "everyone."
3. "Veto Store" changed to "The Store."
4. "Food & Luxury" changed to "Food/Luxury"
5. Board title changed from "Big Brother Recycled IX" to "Big Brother Recycled 9."
7. Parker and sheryl have switched places on the main page memory wall.
8. Karma has been disabled.
9. Big Brother Recycled 3 is missing from the archives. (I really hope you didn't just forget to put it there!)
10. In the memory wall thread, Parker has been flipped!
11. Julie lost her stars in her profile.
12. We have been locked out of the veto store. (though you probably did this to prevent us from seeing how many vetoes hadn't been revealed yet for the last HoH... however, this IS a change so I shouldn't get a negative point if you don't count it... just saying)
13. Dick has Keith's mini avatar.

15. Hover-text for Carol and Cassi have their first names switched for the memory wall. Carol Colvin, Cassi Journey, should be Carol Journey and Cassi Colvin.
16. Board/Thread highlight colors have been changed so that when you hover over a board or thread, they no longer change to a different color than the original. (I am not sure if this is a change or not, but I went back to all the the other recycled boards, and season 2 was the only one that didn't have highlight colors activated, so I THINK this is worth a risk... lol).
17. My picture was taken out of the round 4 nomination ceremony.
18. "Week 2" eviction thread changed to "Expulsion"
